- Name, surname of the person and the proceeding number to be presented should be written as an explanation on the bank receipt. Example: Name_Surname_ProceedingNo. In addition, payment receipt information must be sent at the address fmgtek@gmail.com.
- Registration fees include VAT.
- Participants can submit maximum of 2 papers within the participation fee. After the two, 100 $ payments are required for each extra paper.
- The participation certificate will only be given to the person who has paid the participation fee and made the presentation.
- For co-authored papers, each participant who will attend at the congress must pay a participation fee.
- Participation certificates will be given to virtual presenters in case of presenting their proceedings. However, the congress package will not be sent since the congress package costs have been deducted from the registration fee.
- Participants who do not stay at the congress hotel will be pay the "Hotel Service Fee- 50 $ (breakfast and lunch)" for each day attendance at the congress. Even they registered for the congress, those who do not pay the “Hotel Service Fee” will not be able to attend the congress
- The deposited payments will not be re-payed in any condition.
